Please note that you do not have to do this step before applying new cards, any new cards added will overwrite the current cards on a video.
Please follow the below steps to remove all cards from a video or channel.
1. Click on Cards in the left-hand sidebar
2. Click on Remove cards in the top right-hand corner
3. Give the card job a title
This is for internal tracking only
4. Select either Channels or videos
5. Search for the channel or video you wish to remove the cards from
6. Select the video or channel from the drop-down
7. Click on Submit
8. You will now be able to see the card job processing on the main card screen
9. Once this is complete you will the status update to Complete
10. You can also click into the job for further details or to investigate any errors
