Yes. However, as a best practice, please check the channel you're uploading to belongs to your artist. Many artists have similar names, and the channel you're uploading to may already be occupied.
Ownership/distribution at Vevo is set at the video level, not the channel level. It's quite common for artists to have agreements with a few different distributors. An artist may have a 3 videos from distributor A and 7 videos from Distributor B on their channel. The videos may coexist on the channel, and royalties will go to the distributor who uploaded/owns the video(s).
What if there's a video on my artist's channel that does not belong to my artist?
