How to lock Metadata fields
1. Go to videos
2. Search for the video you wish to update
3. Click on video
4. Check metadata in the field is as desired
5. Click on padlock next to the field you wish to lock
6. Click on Publish
How to Lock the Thumbnail
If you deliver to Vevo via feed locking the thumbnail will stop it from being overwritten by further updates.

1. Go to Videos
2. Search for the video of the thumbnail you wish to lock
3. Click on Thumbnail
4. Click on upload
5. Select your desired image
6. Drag highlighted element if you wish zoom in on the image
7. Click on Save
8. Click on Publish to update the image an lock the thumbnail
Reverting to delivered thumbnail
If you are unhappy with the optimized thumbnail you can revert this via the tool.
1. Click on revert
2. Click on image
3. Click on Revert to original
4. You will see that the current thumbnail is now the original thumbnail
