*This delivery will make the video available for scheduling on Vevo's Connected TV linear channels these channels are scheduled by Vevo's content and programming team.
*This delivery will also make the video available on our partner's major Connected TV platforms and streaming services please see these listed at the below link.
*This delivery will not be sent to YouTube, to deliver both YouTube and CTV please follow the below guide https://support.vevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260802706689-Manual-Video-Delivery
*Lyric videos are not accepted for CTV delivery for EU territories where Connected TV platforms and streaming services are distributed (This currently includes Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, and the Netherlands)
Please use the below workflow to deliver to CTV only.
1. Click on Add new video on the top right-hand side of the page

2. Add the video title

3. add the primary artist
Make sure to hit enter after the value is entered so there is a grey box around the name with an x in the top right-hand corner

4. Select the video genre

5. Add the ISRC
6. Select your content provider name from the drop-down

7. Add in the repertoire owner's name
This is a free text field

8. The label name will auto-populate from the repertoire owner's name
You can add a different value in this field if you wish

9. Click the add button next to the channel field

10. Type "CTVdeliveryVEVO"

11. Click on Save

12. If you wish add a description for the video
This field is not mandatory

13. Click If you wish add Keywords for the video
This field is not mandatory

14. Next to video file on the left top-hand side Click on Select Video

15. Select the video file you wish to use for this ISRC
This pop up will show all the videos in your content providers cyber duck folder

16. Click on Continue

17. Next to Thumbnail file Click on Upload

18. Click on Or select file

19. Select the thumbnail from file upload menu

20. Crop image if desired

21. Click on Save

22. Click on Additional
Add any additional metadata desired

23. On the Additional tab add any additional metadata desired
None of this information is mandatory

24. Go to the Distribution tab

25. Set a date and time for the video go live

26. Click on August 2024

27. Click on Publish
