What is an OAC?
An OAC is a type of YouTube channel, identified by the "♩" symbol next to the channel name.
This type of channel can be merged with other channels, such as the VEVO channel, and Topic channel, to create an all-in-one artist HQ channel on YouTube. While the channels exist separately, all of the content will appear under the OACs umbrella.
OACs are not VEVO channels, they are separate from the VEVO channel, and VEVO does not have direct access to log in to OACs.
OACs start as O&O (owned and operated) YouTube channels made for the artist by their management/label/self, and then are converted to OACs by request to YouTube.

Need the login to your OAC?
OACs are typically managed by the artist, label, or artist manager, but they're never managed by Vevo, so we can't directly help you log in to your OAC. If you are not sure who has the login, please contact your internal team. If you need a new password for your OAC, please reset your YouTube password.
Editing your OAC's playlists, channel art, links:
These edits can only be made while logged directly into the OAC. Vevo cannot assist you with these changes. Vevo does not manage OACs in any capacity. OACs are usually managed by the artist, the label, artist management.
My Vevo videos are not showing up on my OAC?
If the Vevo channel and OAC are not merged, then the Vevo content will not show up on the OAC homepage. The Vevo videos will only show up on the homepage level, not in your OACs YouTube studio.
Need your OAC and Vevo channel merged?
Vevo does not handle channel merging. Only YouTube can merge channels! To merge your channels, please have your management/distributor handle this directly with YouTube.
Channel Merging is what combines the subscriber counts between the two channels, consolidating your fanbase into one place! It is also what causes videos from both channels to appear on the channels upload feed / channel homepage.
Channel Merging can only be done by YouTube. Please do not contact VEVO about channel merging. We are not able to assist with these requests.
Need to Make Changes to your VEVO channel?
