What is an OAC?
An OAC is your "Official Artist Channel". These channels are designed to group together Vevo content and non-vevo content on to a single channel homepage. This is a separate channel from your Vevo channel. The Vevo channel and OAC are often merged so all of the content can be grouped together in one place. An OAC has a music note icon to differentiate it from other channels and mark it as official. Your Vevo channel will always have "VEVO" at the end of the name.

Vevo cannot assist you with this! Vevo does not manage OACs in any capacity. OACs are usually managed by the artist, the label, artist management.
Need the login to your OAC?
If you're unsure who has the login please contact your internal team. If you need a new password for your OAC, please start the YouTube password reset process, or contact artist-support@youtube.com
My Vevo videos are not showing up on my OAC?
If the Vevo channel and OAC are not merged, then the Vevo content will not show up on the OAC homepage. The Vevo videos will only show up on the homepage level, not in your OACs YouTube studio.
Need your OAC and Vevo channel merged?
Vevo does not handle channel merging. Only YouTube can merge channels! Please contact artist-support@youtube.com to merge your OAC and Vevo channel.
