You can use Backstage to update VEVO channels that have had at least one video delivered to them.
To update a channel first go to the channel section in the right-hand menu via YouTube<Channels
To update a video's metadata or thumbnail first go to the Video search
Search for the video you wish to update
Click into the video to the VIDEO INFO page
Update any fields as desired
In order to manually upload a video to Backstage, you must first set up side-loading. Please see the below guide if you have not set this up.
