If you wish to add a note to appear in the change log when inserting a video please follow the below steps.
Notes are not mandatory
1. Go to Videos
2. Create a new video

3. Once you have added all your desired metadata click on the arrow to the right of the publish button
4. Click on Publish
5. Click on Publish with note
6. Click on Publish
7. Type out the note that you wish to appear in the change log
8. Click on Publish
9. To view your note click on the Change log tab
10. Click on the insert
11. Here you will see your note
